What kind of condition can I expect items to be in?

We carefully select pre loved pieces which are in good condition.

Each item description will give detail of its condition. We only sell items which are in a condition that we think our customers would be happy with.

Do you buy items?

In a word, yes. If you are interested in selling items please send pictures to hello@onescoopstore.com and we will come back to you.

Do you do returns?

Yes we offer 14 days to return items (excluding sale items) - please see the returns info page for full details

Do you ship worldwide and what are the costs?

Yes we do. We offer a flat rate within the UK of £3.95 / £16.95 for Europe / £22.95 for Rest of World. For more details please see the shipping info page. We cannot be held responsible for customs charges / sales tax charged on international shipping.

I dont have Paypal, do you accept credit / debit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Paypal.
